A rocker and ex-guard in the border between the Soviet Union and China, after being attacked, decides to go to an orthodox monastery to become a monk. But this is no ordinary place as the monks blend religion with Kung Fu. In a visual delirium which also mixes heavy metal and a weeping Madonna, the rocker just wants to be accepted. His first lesson is humility. Coming from the director of the multi-awarded feature “November”, presented in Fantasporto 2018 and granted the Special Award of the Jury and Best Cinematography.
