On an Earth inhabited by many peoples, some of them aliens, there is little room for criminals. Some are sent to an arid planet where they have to work in the mine. Old Theodore lives there in isolation, waiting for the death that never comes. Instead, a convicted criminal joins him. And the reasons for Navya being there can only be murder, terrorism or treason. A beautiful story set in a possible future. Famous actor Elias Koteas (‘The Thin Red Line’ and ‘Harley Quinn & the Joker’) and Briana Middleton. Selected for the Fantasia international Film Festival, where it won the Silver Audience Award.

Canadian film director known for his short film ‘The Tragic Story of Nling’ (2007), Honourable Mention at the Nashville Film Festival, ‘Bang Bang Baby’ (2014) and ‘Cinema of Sleep’ (2021). ‘The Silent Planet’ is his third feature, winner of the Audience Award- Silver as Best Canadian Feature.
