SIf there is a surprise in Portuguese Cinema, this is it. Made with an obvious sense of cinema, this feature is very ambitious productions. Made without outside financial support in 3 years, director João Bruno is responsible for most of the creative and image aspects, namely direction, screenplay, visual effects, special effects, prop making and concept art, assuming himself also the main role. The film is spoken in English, the director says, as “a creative choice only, to add to the ethereal, distant and alienating atmosphere”. It was shot in several locations in Portugal with a totally Portuguese crew, mostly from the North and from Porto.. First feature by the director.
